Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

ReadWyckoff ("we", "us", "our") operates the ReadWyckoff.ai website and application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — email address and authentication identifiers you provide when signing up (via Supabase Auth).
  • Subscription and billing information — when you subscribe to Pro or Elite, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and stores your payment details. We receive a subscription status, plan tier, and customer identifier from Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage data — tickers analyzed, uploaded chart images, analysis outputs, timestamps, and quota usage. This lets us enforce plan limits and display your history.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. This is collected by standard web logs and any analytics we may deploy.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • To process subscriptions, manage plan tiers, and handle billing through Stripe.
  • To generate Wyckoff analyses using third-party AI providers (Anthropic Claude) on your behalf.
  • To enforce fair-use limits and prevent abuse.
  • To communicate with you about your account, service updates, or (if you opt in) the weekly scan newsletter.
  • To improve the accuracy and quality of our analysis models and features.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run ReadWyckoff:

  • Supabase — authentication and database.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • Anthropic — AI inference for chart and ticker analysis. Chart data and images you submit are transmitted to Anthropic to generate the analysis output.
  • Vercel — hosting and edge delivery.
  • Market data providers — used to pull OHLCV data for ticker analysis.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Analysis history is kept so you can review your prior work. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable time frame, subject to legal or accounting obligations (for example, retaining billing records required for tax purposes).

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may not function correctly if you do.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at enigmatradinggroup@gmail.com.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), managed authentication (Supabase), and PCI-compliant payment handling (Stripe). No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
